Andre Rannaud, Executive Director, is a French national and has spent 15 years in Asia including Singapore and Thailand. Possessing a strong experience in the field of restaurant operations, food and wine procurement as well as logistic, he is responsible for the creation of the 31 Bar & Kitchen concept in Singapore. Based in Bangkok, he advises fine wine collectors and manages the company development projects in Thailand.
Franck Herbaux, Managing Director, is a French national and a graduate from the Hotel Management School of Lausanne, Switzerland.
With over 2 decades experience in Asia, he shares his time between South East Asia, Australia and France. His scope of expertise ranges from hotel and restaurant operations, training and management to fine wine marketing, sales and purchasing. He is in charge of the day to day operation management of EC including wine selection
Louis Demeure, Sales & Marketing Manager, is a French national and a graduate of the Reims University of Champagne in France, with a major in wines and spirits.
From a family background closely associated with French high gastronomy, he has developed privileged relationships with leading wine growers, polishing his tasting and wine making skills at their contact. Louis is responsible for the design and implementation of corporate wine appreciation programs and events. He also provides his expertise to leading fine wine collectors in Asia.
Eric Wurbel, Regional Sales Manager, is a French national and has spent over 10 years in Singapore and Indonesia. A trained chef with experiences gained in his native French Riviera, he enjoys strong relationships with great wine growers practicing organic and bio-dynamic farming. With in depth knowledge of Bordeaux and Burgundy Grands Crus, he advises Asia’s fine wine collectors, sourcing rare mature vintages for their cellars.
