Champagne Cédric Bouchard

With only 1,65 hectares of vineyard, Cedric Bouchard founded in 2000 what is probably the smallest “Champagne house”, ROSES DE JEANNE, located in the Aube region in the southern area of the Champagne appellation

Cedric’s family have been growers for decades, selling their grapes to the large high profile Champagne Houses. Cedric has however decided to elaborate and bottle his own Champagne with the idea of producing single vineyards wines with a single grape variety in a single vintage, something very unusual in Champagne.

The very small size of his vineyards allows him to apply a very meticulous farming and deliver wines with an unmistakable character, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
