His scope of expertise ranges from hotel and restaurant operations, training and management to fine wine marketing, sales and purchasing. He is in charge of the day to day operation management of EC including wine selection
Andre Rannaud, Executive Director, is a French national and has spent 15 years in Asia including Singapore and Thailand. Possessing a strong experience in the field of restaurant operations, food and wine procurement as well as logistic, he is responsible for the creation of the 31 Bar & Kitchen concept in Singapore. Based in Bangkok, he advises fine wine collectors and manages the company development projects in Thailand.
Eric Wurbel, Regional Sales Manager, is a French national and has spent over 10 years in Singapore and Indonesia. A trained chef with experiences gained in his native French Riviera, he enjoys strong relationships with great wine growers practicing organic and bio-dynamic farming. With in depth knowledge of Bordeaux and Burgundy Grands Crus, he advises Asia’s fine wine collectors, sourcing rare mature vintages for their cellars.
